This edition is all about Goofs Comedy Club, Boston’s newest full-time comedy club, off the McGrath Highway in Somerville. I finally got a chance to catch a show at this intimate gem and to talk to club owners Ryan Howe and Isabel Thurston about what Goofs is all about. This interview took place right after a Wednesday night show sitting near the stage, and at times, you can hear people hanging out in the lobby having a good time, which is as much a part of Ryan and Isabel’s community philosophy as anything.
